Vertical milling with 4th axis rotary table β precision components machined to your exact specification.
Our main CNC Machining centre is an XYZ 1010 VMC fitted with a Siemens 810D control β a capable, rigid vertical machining centre with a 1010mm X-axis travel and a 20-station automatic tool changer. It's also equipped with a 4th axis rotary table, giving us the ability to machine complex, multi-sided components in a single setup without repositioning the workpiece.
For smaller components or easier-to-machine materials such as aluminium, we also operate a 3-axis mini mill with a 7.5kW spindle β ideal for lighter work where the larger machine would be overkill. Between the two machines, we can take on a wide range of jobs, from one-off prototypes through to batch production batches.
All of our CNC operations are programmed using CAD/CAM software, ensuring consistent accuracy and repeatability across every part we produce.
Siemens Sinumerik 810D Control
Ideal for Smaller & Lighter Work
Standard CNC milling machines work on 3 axes β X, Y and Z. Our vertical milling machine is equipped with a 4th axis rotary table, which adds rotation around the X axis. This means we can machine components on multiple faces in a single setup, without the need to manually reposition the workpiece between operations.
The result is faster production times, improved accuracy (because repositioning introduces cumulative error), and the ability to machine complex geometries and features that simply aren't possible on a 3-axis machine alone.
CNC milling is capable of holding very tight dimensional tolerances, making it essential for precision engineering applications.
Our 4th axis rotary table allows multi-sided machining in a single setup β improving accuracy and reducing production time significantly.
Every machining operation is programmed using CAD/CAM software, ensuring precision and repeatability across every part in a batch.
We offer fast turnarounds on one-off R&D prototypes, helping you validate designs and iterate quickly before committing to full production.
We machine all grades of metals and engineering plastics β from mild steel and aluminium to stainless, brass, and specialist alloys.
We handle jobs of all sizes β from single one-off parts to large batch production batches β with the same attention to detail and quality.
