Unmatched Precision.
Our main CNC Machining centre is an XYZ 1010 VMC fitted with a Siemens 810D control — a capable, rigid vertical machining centre with a 1010mm X-axis travel and a 20-station automatic tool changer. It's also equipped with a 4th axis rotary table, giving us the ability to machine complex, multi-sided components in a single setup without repositioning the workpiece.
For smaller components or easier-to-machine materials such as aluminium, we also operate a 3-axis mini mill with a 7.5kW spindle — ideal for lighter work where the larger machine would be overkill. Between the two machines, we can take on a wide range of jobs, from one-off prototypes through to batch production batches.
All of our CNC operations are programmed using CAD/CAM software, ensuring consistent accuracy and repeatability across every part we produce.
